Obadiah King.
All information is OOC, your character knows nothing about Obadiah unless you he has told them IC.
Do not use Obadiah for any of your stories unless given permission by myself, do not sire under Obadiah unless given leave to do so.
Obadiah will not sire anyone until he has all his powers, he is not looking for a relationship unless one develops naturally.
