I've been staring transfixed on that Gypsy banner, it is SO gorgeous.

A couple things that really stand out to me are...
The head seems pasted on. The more I look at it, the more confused I am about where his neck went. I think you could fix this by moving the head up and to the right a bit + making it a hair smaller, and matching skin tones a bit better. Reduce the redness levels and vividness in the face. Try a black/white gradient set to luminosity to kind of smooth things out.
The colors are kind of all over the place for a banner; you may want to pick a palette/theme and stick to it. There's not much pink in the actual photo, so shades of pink around it just seem kind of jarring. Also, decide what you're going for. You can definitely do a nice collage banner, OR a solid photomanip. Right now, it's kind of a mix between the two, and the flowers just seem too big, considering they also exist in the background. If you want a surrealistic manip, push it a bit farther, if you want a collage, make it more collagey, if you want a seamless manip, remove the flowers entirely and make it more realistic.
If you plan to add text, make sure you have that set for placement at the start, otherwise you end up with things potentially a bit too crowded. I don't really see an obvious spot for text right now; you'd have to make one.
