Winter Solstice Masquerade Ball

The DJ for part of the night will be none other than Xedanis.


However, should something come up where he will be unavailable, I've asked Seyda to create a playlist for us!


Mayor Pea will be overseeing games such as:

• MadGab

• Cards Against Humanity

• Two Truths, One Lie

• Never Have I Ever

And the ever-present party game of...

• Truth or Dare

During the evening, each guest has the opportunity to anonymously write down one other guest's name and submit the slip of paper into one of three boxes:

• King of the Ball (Males)

• Queen of the Ball (Females)

• Sovereign of the Ball (Gender-Neutral)

All votes must be in by 9pm.
At 9:30pm, the two candidates with the most votes will be crowned (Title) of the Ball and receive 10,000 coins each.

Thank you so much to everyone who attended or helped last night with the
Winter Solstice Masquerade Ball!

I would like to make a few shout-outs...

First, to Pea and Seyda, for taking care of the games and contingency playlist.

Second, to Asher for training the humans to make awesome cocktails and how to tend a bar properly. Also, thank you for making the now legendary Deyruv Lokaal - vodka infused with alchemical ingredients to enhance the pain and pleasure receptors in oneself, for those who weren't there, or didn't drink it. They made for a rather fun night.

Third, to Brienne for holding down the fort at the bar with the 'tenders until Asher could get here; to Amaya and the Alexander line for the kick-ass menu and kitchen staff. Also, to Amaya again for hosting the after-party!

Fourth, to Aspen for staying despite our collective insanity and shenanigans... Also, thank you for the snow thing you did, that was pretty fucking cool.

Fifth, to Fang and Lannair for seriously helping me out when I least expected it. Honestly, I have no idea how to repay y'all for this. I'm sure I'll come up with something though.

And sixth, but most importantly... I'd like to thank Jackal. For the flyers, for the whole damn thing. If it weren't for him, none of us would be here right now because I absolutely did not want to do this at all. He had to convince me, and he helped behind the scenes a lot, through a lot of texting back and forth.

So... thank you guys...

Everyone seemed to enjoy playing Dirty Minds and Mad Gab with Pea, and the winners of the games were Rubi with 31 points and Seyda with 30. Also, I learned that I am horrible at Mad Gab but it was thoroughly hilarious watching everyone try to sound everything out.

As for our Titles of the Masquerade Ball...
