While we encourage free speech, members of Ab Antiquo are requested to adhere to the following community guidelines when posting in the News & Reports section.

1. Replies to news articles should make an attempt to contribute to the discussion at hand;
2. Posts should remain on topic. While derivative discussion stemming from the original topic is fine, obvious attempts to derail the topic may be split off into a more appropriate area;
3. Do not post GIFs/memes. GIFs/memes are perfectly acceptable in the social sections of the forum (anything under Vampire Interest), but as they rarely contribute to the topic at hand or move discussion forward, they should not be posted within the News and Reports board;
4. Disagree respectfully where possible;

These guidelines apply only to the News & Reports subsection and may be adjusted as our community evolves.
