Consensus Gentium Poll: What is fully powered now?

It's time to decide on what fully powered looks like once and for. . . . until the next round of powers are introduced? Really hoping that's not any time soon or this is about to be obsolete canvassing real quick.
To create this poll, due to how massive it is and the limitations of this forum, we have condensed the options. With only being able to have up to 10 options for polling we have used the data collected along the way to pick what we felt were the best 10 options to represent your opinions. Please select as many options as you find appropriate as to what powers should be required in order to tout yourself as fully powered.
The results of this poll will determine the consensus among those peers who participated, though as previously advised by our city's wisest clown, "ur fully powered whn ur satisfied wit the power u have in my opinion. someone comes up to u n makes fun of u 4 not havin this power or that power n ur happy with the powers u got spit in there mouth. thy dont fuckin own u."
