Re: Open Bars [Writing Challenge & Competition]
Agreement with everyone else, please take all the time you need, especially after a stressful move! Moving sucks. And I'd love to participate in another writing challenge. This really was a wonderful outlet to stretch out the long-lost writing muscles I used to be able to easily access. And reading ...

Re: Open Bars [Writing Challenge & Competition]
On the other hand, I would absolutely adore the feedback, as I'm so out of practice writing regularly that it's downright criminal. But seriously, take all the time judging you need. This was a joy to participate in and it's going to be very hard to stop myself from narrating at least one or t...

Re: RP APPRECIATION
https://abantiquo.aldergate.net/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=3645 - Oh hey! Another character I knew virtually nothing about! I really vibe with the ambiance and the use of the City as its own beast. I really love when people utilize RavenBlack like its its own entity and character within a story. Witness ...

Re: Open Bars [Writing Challenge & Competition]
Finally got up the courage (after an all-day edit fest) to post up my entry HERE ! The formatting is a bit wonky as it seems I'm a BIT of an overachiever when it comes to paragraph breaks, but hey! I've been absolutely digging all of the other entries so far, y'all are KILLING IT. Thanks for putting...

Re: Random Acts of Kindness Event
What a wonderful and thoughtful thing to organize! I may have to see what I can do that day myself to spread joy to the city.
Kindness can often be the antithesis of the ever-clawing dark that sometimes surrounds this city. I hope it goes well!

Re: The Bias Problem
Well said, and something that needed saying.
We can all burn each other to our hearts content, twist knives into backs and spit venom... but remember that turning the whole city to ash in the process solves nothing. Burning all bridges simply makes traveling more difficult.

Re: The Gallery - Banner Showcase
Holy shit, the gorgeous stuffs.
I'd like to say the second is my favorite, just based on the wonderful contrast alone, but there's something about the first that just draws my eye. Maybe the name placement or just general smoothness to it?
Either way, these are great.

Re: The Gallery - Banner Showcase
I really dig this set, and the gritty look to it. I don't know your character, but I enjoy this aesthetic. Hey, thanks a lot. :D As a character, Chris isn't exactly gritty, but the banner just kinda came together around that idea so I went with it. Pretty simple ideas, simple fonts, that just...
