The Grimoire of Shadows

At the corner of Gloom and 99th lies the Shadow Phial, an ebony building cloaked in darkness. Inside, you'll find all you need to perform a number of spells - spells that will transform flowers (and sometimes blood) into scrolls, potions, and weapons.

If you lack the requisite items on hand to complete a given spell, the altar will glow red. The altar glows purple instead of red if the spell caster has insufficient blood to complete the ritual.

A successful spell will yield the following result:

The transformation is complete! Something in your possession feels different.

NOTE: Cost effectiveness is reported based on purchasing items at full Charisma discount; 1 pint of blood is valued at 25 coins. Aged flowers would still have to be bought at full freshness, so pricing reflects that.

This spell no longer exists. Checked all the other ones against this list and that's the only one that's gone. Figured the Grimoire could be updated.
