REASON BEHIND THE NAME | Young Alex Ryan Cress was taken from his mothers loving embrace at the tender age of eight. He was forced by his father into a hospital and stripped of his name. One-Six-Seven was the number he was given. For years he simply lived as a shell of a person, cutting off half his mind just so he could for a short time remain a child. Through all the pain, it wasn't until Lachrymose entered his mind that he even thought of escape.

The demon could not stand to see his little brother in so much pain and so working hard he managed to separate the young personality even further. One-Six-Seven was born from that personality.

At first all three lived inside the body with Lachrymose taking the brunt of the pain - but then they escaped and Alex found Alice, Lachrymose found Para and One just wasn't ready so again Lachrymose found a way to part them...this time it was the body.

Alex kept the name as he was the first, Lachrymose had chosen his own name and One has simply kept on calling himself the name he has always known.

MOTHER | Dead - Killed by her husband for loving the failed experiment

FATHER | Dead - Killed by One after a short game of cat and mouse. His remains are scattered in boxes across the forest that once held the hospital Alex, One and Lachrymose were tortured in

ALEX | Dead - Killed by his father. Before his death Alex was slowly tortured - by the time Lachrymose found him, his arms had been cut off; his eyes sewn shut and his tongue had been removed

LACHRYMOSE | Dead - Killed by his father. To punish One for not coming to him when called, their Father caught and killed the only remaining family that One had left. Lachrymose's head was cut of and sent in a wrapped box - it was Lachrymose's death that drove One to madness and in the end was the downfall of their father.

WHAT ARE YOU? | One-Six-Seven was born as nothing more than a personality - he was never more than a mental disorder. Through magical means his brother created him, weaved a strong barrier around him and gave him form.

WHAT DO YOU DREAM? | One dreams about finding a place where he is loved and feels safe. All One wants is a family. After knowing only pain at the hands of his father he hopes to find joy in being a vampire.

WHAT SCARES YOU MOST? | There is only one thing that can truly scare One. Going back to the hospital. He use to share this fear with his brothers - but as the only one left...he has this fear all to himself.

SCITALISDEFINITION |"The scitalis (scytale) has a skin that shines with such variety that by these marks it slows down any who see it. It creeps slowly and cannot pursue its prey, so it stupifies with its marvelous appearance. It is so hot that even in winter it sheds its skin." - Isidore of Seville

COLOURS| Black and green, opalescent on the softer parts.

SCALES | The scales travel along the spine, over the shoulders and along his jaw line. There are scales that cover fingers, wrist and up to the elbow - other scales include the ones the follow the indents of the abdominal muscles.

VENOM | A strong neurotoxin, it has the same effect as that of the Black Mamba. In small amounts it can also be used as an hallucinogenic that shares much with magic mushrooms.

EYES | Scitalis have slit pupils just like any other snake - they also have a thin membrane that covers them. A humanoid scitalis may appear to have milky eyes when experiencing different emotions.

TALENTS | All humanoid scitalis can transform into their snake like equivalent - for each they resemble a different species of snake (One appears as a cross between a Black Mamba and a Viper).

Nearly all captured scitalis have some form of madness - it seeps into them from the moment they are born and manifests in different ways (For One it is made worse by him not being fully formed mentally, One is starting to hear voices...slowly turning into something other than what he was created to be).
