Seeking Partner to Kick Off New OC

Hello! I started an AB account for my new oc Elliot. I'm looking for anyone interested in forum/discord rp to kick them off.
Concept: While Elliot is the roleplayed character he will not be the character on grid. Let me explain (because God forbid I do anything simple).
Elliot has his world turned upside down after getting a call that his brother was killed in an "animal attack". The only survivor of the attack is his brother's son (Name TBD). I thought a fun element of this roleplay could be that pre-Raven Black the duo are sent from Medical Professional to Medical Professional attempting to rationalize and explain the boy's clear evidence of Vampirism. Writing it off as a disease passed by the animal or dormant mental disorders explaining the mood swings and violent tendencies.
Goal: The goal of this roleplay is that Elliot is lead to Raven Black in search of finding a Doctor that understands what is happening to the boy. Leading to a moral dilemma for the human Elliot to whether he helps the young Vamp learn to harness his powers and fall deeper into the masquerade or to 'end the monster' before it forms.
I thought this story had some wonderful potential! I'd even be open to the Vampire being played by a player to own that OC. Would love to plot plan in forum but I'm open to Discord as well.
