An apparently abandoned mansion forgotten in the city streets and recently occupied by the Deamhan Family.
There is a strange sense that something is out of place here; the more one draws closer to the mansion, the more space seems to distort and provoke a deep sense of dread. There are also paths heading away from the Estate and towards the nearby Castle, as well as the University.
Closer to the main building stands a sign which reads:
