At first glance, the building appears abandoned, until one notices the upgraded security features and signs of new construction. Cameras follow one's movements all the way up the path from the front gate to the brand new reinforced steel doors in the front of the building, and all the way around the structure. A red light blinks from the latest hi-tech security panels, set into each door.
On the west side of the property, nestled near a modest parking lot is a set of bay doors with a sign inset into the wall next to them that reads the following:
