Some of the stipulations are just... I dunno. Vague? Too open to interpretation?
For example "No humiliation" seems popular, what exactly does that mean? Some would argue that slitting the throats of a few pre-teens and bathing me in their blood would be humiliating, some may not.

If that's the case, does that mean they don't have to waste one of their stipulations on "no sexual activity"? Or did you give the "company" title to those who used one of their stipulations on no sexual activity? Does BDSM not fall under sexual activity?


Presumably "what is mine remains mine" means

- this is my coin, it remains my coin
- this is my holy water, it remains my holy water
- this is my home, it remains my home


And probably includes dismemberment.


Though, may be left vague intentionally so as to keep it open for negotiation. ("Yes, my hair is mine, but you want a lock of it so as to remember our time together or make a voodoo doll? Sure!")

Liander made a very good point regarding stipulations and how slaves have had a tendency to lump several into one, using vague terms. Since reading this article, I've gone ahead and updated my own stipulations. I apologize if there was any confusion before!
