Ughhh this post makes me so angry, let me share it with my friends.
Wait! Before you post that let me ask you something
If you don't like something, why are you giving it so much air time like you're getting paid to promote it?
Now we all know people talk here, talking crap on something or someone
Yet they are spreading the message they don't like much further
And more activly then the people they don't like
Has it occurred to you that just maybe you are strengthening the negative forces
Keeping them alive the more you promote them?
okay you call it spreading awareness
but see awareness can be spread in many ways
Not just one the ruins someone elses day
Or doesn't offer a positive salution
I'm going to tell you something I learned a long time ago
there is a lot of violence in this city
it has been like that for a very long time
but the best thing you can do in the face of that is be happy
Be happy and spread the love
See this is why every person is crucial to change this world
because when things happen or you see something and you become angry
and you become negative
What you have done is increased the amount of anger and negativity in the city
You've added more fire to the flames
See there was already one tradegy then you got upset now there's two
Then you went and replied to it
Now there is hundreds and pretty soon the whole city is pissed off
see because what you're really saying is this
An injustance has been done
So now I'm going to punish myself
By raising my blood pressure
Loosing sleep
and arguing about it
It is through insperation, hope and love
that we move the masses and make change
Not doom, gloom and negativity
So if you really want to do something for the the city
be happy and spread the love
Doesn't mean you have to stop spreading awereness
We need awareness but let it be from the ground of understanding and love
not anger
there's a very old saying
when you water the weeds it's the weeds that grow
but when you water the flowers it's the flowers that grow
What are you watering?

Did it ever occur to you that spreading awareness is the best reason for posting something about someone? And that sometimes a peaceful route just isn't possible? That maybe someone's actions are bad enough to require that negativity? If we all try to calmly talk someone down from doing the wrong thing or simply smile and hope they learn, do you know what will happen? They won't learn. I didn't. Do you know how many stakes in the chest and public shaming and anger it took to finally look at myself and realize I was the problem? A lot. And I would have laughed at those that tried to peacefully, privately talk me out of all the bullshit that I did.

Also, side note. You are personally shamed me on multiple accounts and 9 times out of 10, it was in public. So this coming from you is kind of hilarious. But hey, it's not my business. Please, proceed.

Hopefully this means you will be turning a new leaf. There is another saying. "Lead by example."

Yeah, is this....poetry? I was scared it was poetry and didn't read it. I try to maintain a strict social diet that excludes culture and sophistication.

I had thought the same. Then.. I started to think, perhaps, that this is Stream Of Thought? :insert shrug emoji here:

I think the point they're making is to lead by example. Just recently you posted something passive-aggressive in another thread. 'Do as I say, not as I do.'

We're waiting on examples.
And a better format, obviously.
