Anonymous Means Anyone

As there has been some weird dispute about the articles that have been posted anonymously, I'll just point it out nice and neat for everyone to understand.

You are allowed to have your opinions.
You are allowed to share your opinions.
You are allowed to share your opinions anonymously via articles submitted to The Reporter.
If you submit anonymously, you automatically give permission to have your works edited - for grammar and the like, of course.
Your work will be criticized. That's just life, sorry kids.

But.

No one person is The Reporter, in that sense.

All articles submitted for anonymous display will be posted by and as The Reporter. And if you've forgotten why, I will remind you that Dae made it very clear here.
Founder wrote:Here we do not care what family you are from, how many wars you have fought in or how big your bank account is - we just want people who want to improve the city and have opinions and ideas.

If you want to remain anonymous we can do that as well - or if you do not wish to work for us we can set up a column and you can freelance.
To elaborate;

We - The Staff here at Ab Antiquo - will not censor your voice, no matter who you are or what you have or have not done. Your articles, should you submit them for anonymous display, will be posted as such and your identity kept confidential, that is our promise - as The Staff here at Ab Antiquo.

This will not stop people from throwing rumors about, of course. That can never be helped.
It also won't stop people criticizing the act itself, that posting anonymously is a bad idea.

But these things also won't stop us from letting your words reach the public, whoever you may be.

We welcome every and all to post thought-provoking, insightful articles - whether as themselves (freelance), as Reporters (for Ab Antiquo) or anonymously sent to The Reporter - because no matter what the content, it will be talked about.

Articles, posted by whomever, create activity and some even bring pause and - one can hope - critical thinking.

Editing help is available so that your articles are published in a professional manner and presented as a subject of quality.

Do not be afraid to share your voice because of naysayers and half-cocked rumors.

Anonymous or not, your voice matters.

UPDATE: While we do accept anonymous submissions, you may NOT create anonymous accounts under which to post without oversight.
