In the spirit o’ shakin’ up the usual auction scallywaggin’—an’ bringin’ a bit o’ rollickin’ fun to the high seas—we be changin’ tack!
This here auction’s got a theme fit fer legends: PIRATES!
Each of ye bold bidders be takin’ up the role of fearsome buccaneers, plunderin’ fer yer very own ship-bound servant!
Now listen close, ye barnacle-brained bilge rats:
We be encouragin’ all manner o’ merriment—aye, even the kind that might make a maiden blush—but remember, these slaves be volunteerin’ for the fun, not press-ganged. We wants ye to get creative! Think bigger than just the captain’s quarters—there be plenty o’ public shenanigans to be had with a loyal swabbie by yer side!
We be raisin’ the bid minimums, mates. It’s only fair these fine folks get what they’re worth—after all, they ain’t real slaves, just jolly souls ready to play the part and maybe indulge in a bit o’ saucy mischief. Some o’ ye have coin spillin’ from yer treasure chests—spread the doubloons ‘round like a true pirate lord!
Oh, and there’s two twist o’ the dagger—
TWIST THE FIRST: THE SLAVES BE ANONYMOUS!
Aye, each poor soul up fer bid be hidden behind a veil o’ mystery. No names, no faces—just shadows and whispers. Ye won’t know who yer claimin’ 'til the deed is done and the anchor’s dropped!
TWIST THE SECOND: THE SCAVENGER’S CHALLENGE!
But fear not, savvy sea dogs—ye’ve got a chance to uncover the truth! Each slave comes with a scavenger hunt o’ clues, scattered like lost doubloons 'cross the briny deep. Follow the hints, piece 'em together, and when the time is right, ye’ll get ONE shot to guess their true identity.
Get it right? Ye be rewarded, matey—your bids go up in easy breezy 10K increments.
But guess wrong—or don’t guess at all—and ye’ll be shellin’ out 25K a pop!
So choose yer moment wisely, think like a cunning corsair, and may the winds of fate blow in yer favor!

SLAVE SIGNUPS BEGINS JUNE 1ST, YE SCURVY DOGS!
From the first bell o' June 1 'til the sun sets on the 15th, ye may sign yer name on the cursed scroll! We'll be raisin’ our tankards for a LIVE Openin’ Bash at Koli’s Brewery on June 1st to kick off the festivities! All hands be welcome — whether ye be bidder, slave, or just here fer the rum and scandal!
Ye get but ONE shot t’ guess a slave, savvy? Send yer guess in a private message to LadyPeaceK (discord or AB). All guesses must be made afore the clock strikes midnight on June 15th—else ye’ll be walkin’ the plank when the biddin’ begins!
BIDDIN' TIME: JUNE 16TH TO JUNE 20TH (MIDNIGHT, SHARP!)
Once the signups be sealed, the real plunderin’ begins. Biddin’ runs from June 16 to the stroke of midnight on June 20. Then, gather ye crew on Saturday, June 21, fer the Grand Results Ceremony, where we'll reveal the winnin’ bids and unmask the brave (or foolish) souls who signed the slave pact!
A FEW RULES, SO LISTEN CLOSELY, YE BILGE RATS:
Have yerself a good time, but don’t bite off more than ye can chew!
If yer ship runs into stormy waters, speak up to yer partner and the auction crew. We’ll work somethin’ fair out — pirates honor, savvy?
Fail to uphold yer bargain — be ye staff, bidder, or bondservant — and ye’ll be banished from future auctions 'til debts be paid and peace be made. Some may even owe gold returned, with interest!
So weigh anchor, raise yer colors, and let the games begin!
NOTE - Slaves may ONLY be regifted IF they agree to it in their PROFILE.

Something has come to my attention today so, as a note, once you give your PRIVATE guess on slave identity to me, you'll find out before bidding begins if you were correct or not. After slave guesses close and before bidding begins, I will post to each profile, the list of bidders who guessed correctly and can do 10k increments vs 25k increments. This is to avoid any sharing of information on identity with others to decrease bid increments.
