This year, the auctions underwent a change of management, and since then, we’ve welcomed and received feedback. In response to this, a few changes have been made:
Staff pay-out has been scraped - participants get 100% of the cut
Buyer ads have been scraped
Sex sells, but so do services and experiences - we want to refocus the event and promote more diverse service offerings
This year, we’d like to refocus the auctions - we encourage those participating to put their skills and experiences out there, front and center. We would also like to encourage Fledglings and possible mentors to join - if you consider yourself a great mentor, put your money where your mouth is and buy yourself a promising student!
