Description: Cenen stands at 5’11” barefoot, her hair is usually styled spiky or flat depending on her clothes and attitude. It is also short – not longer than her shoulder and no shorter than a couple inches at any given point. Her body is slender, but looks strong, toned; skin is pale. It is cold and hard to the touch.
A quirk appeared soon after being changed/sired. The color of her clothes, or lack of them, is the determiner of her hair and eye color. Neither herself nor her sire knows why exactly, but Cenen has learned to work with it and play it to her advantage in most cases, such as hunting. Her favorite outfit to wear is a pleather GoGo outfit in a hot pink color-style. On her hands she wears fingerless black biking gloves. GoGo boots to match, though usually she wears nothing on her feet. Nothing much can harm her, so she doesn’t see a reason in wearing shoes very often. If she does, and she's not wearing her favorite outfit, they’re usually a pair of black, side-zip heels, with a squared toe and a silver buckle on the outside. This combination of clothing allows this vampiress to skip around with hot pink hair with black streaks, the pattern mimicked in her eyes.
Personality: Cenendranari is a fun-loving vampiress with serious dust bunny issues. She likes to make jewelry out of them and flick them at others and pour barrels full of them onto friends and family members. Usually up for a smile, Cenen surrounds herself with those she’s cares about because they are the best way for her to grin and laugh. She dares not wallow lest it eat her alive. So to speak. She does have a mind of her own though, and usually has a plan, or a list, for the future. Always looking ahead sometimes gets in the way, but so far it’s worked out just fine. “New experiences are the key to living.” Anything else, just ask.
History: She's young, so she doesn't have much of one. The important parts have to do with her human parents. Her father, she never really got to know because he disappeared years ago. She had a fantastic relationship with her mother.
When her mother was trying to pick a name for her brand new baby girl, she couldn't choose between Cenendra or Anari. So since they shared the letter 'a', she smooshed them together. Her human middle name is Gilda. She hates the name itself, so she rarely acknowledges that it's hers, but it was her mother's middle name as well. And her mother hated it.
Tradition, anyone?
Her mother's full name is Adelyn Gilda Rane Miach. Miach is her married name, but she never passed it on to Cenendranari. Cen doesn't know her father's name; doesn't know her father, never did, doesn't want to. He left her and her mother when Cen was just a baby. She doesn't feel really anything about it because her mother never talked badly about him and harbored no bad feelings. And to this day, Cen has never had, still does not have, a father figure. She's fine with that, and kind of prefers it that way.
Adelyn died a few months before Cenen was turned into a vampire due to cancer. They both knew they couldn't stop it, it had gotten too far, but they were both ready when it happened. Cen greived, but she didn't have to do it alone.
She had met Kyra before and they had become friends. so much so that a few months after Cen's mother passed, she had asked Kyra to change her. Cene had asked a lot of questions already, and knew about the City, knew about vampires. Knew what Kyra was. And so it wasn't really a surprise that when the last of her human family went under the ground, she went to the only friend she had been able to hold on to.
Cen's a fun person normally, but the 'friends' she had before her mother got sick, eventually stopped contacting her and so she had no real connections anymore anyway. She was the last Rane, for she was an only child.
So, Kyra changed her. It took four days for Cene to wake up, but she did eventually and well, she had thought she made better connections since becoming a part of Kyra's family, but they didn't last, either.
Nearly a decade later, Cenen severed from Kyra and left RBC to travel the world with her husband.
