It's Diego's natural freckles. They're from the artifacts hidden underneath the high contrast in the 'before' image.

You should be. I was gonna say, I did see some of Lily's style? But I thought it was only bc I'm not ashamed to admit I see her work everywhere 8D

She did all the positioning, choice of negative space, upper lip and forearm scarring, and lighting stuff. I struggle with that part and we really just passed this back and forth to each other until we were both happy with it. Credit where credit is due, LIL.
